The word of the Lord came to me: “Son of man, speak to your people and say to them: ‘When I bring the sword against a land, and the people of the land choose one of their men and make him their watchman, and he sees the sword coming against the land and blows the trumpet to warn the people, then if anyone hears the trumpet but does not heed the warning and the sword comes and takes their life, their blood will be on their own head – Ezekiel 33:1-4

Who We Are
In 1st Kings chapter 18, Elijah experiences one of his greatest victories for the Lord!
He sets the gauntlet down on Mt. Carmel – “If the Lord is God follow Him; but if Baal, follow him.” Elijah calls on God to bring fire down on the righteous offering before the people to see. God answers in a mighty act and the Jezebel prophets of Baal are killed and it’s a great victory for Elijah. Yet after that mighty battle Elijah retreats to a cave and calls upon the Lord 1st Kings 19:14 “I have been very zealous for the Lord God of hosts; …. I alone and left and they seek my life” God answers in verse 18 “Yet I have reserved 7000 in Israel, all whose knees have not bowed to Baal”.
There is so much evil that befalls around us, and at times it’s discouraging. There are so few workers doing the hard work that needs to be done in the days of evil around us.
